Details

The “TCS Amsterdam Marathon” begins and ends in the 1928 Olympic Stadium and is known for hosting one of Europe’s best running experiences. The city will host multiple races in October. There will be the Marathon, but you will also be able to run the Half or 8K races.

The marathon is well-known for its fast and scenic course. The course follows a section of the Olympic path along the Amstel River, past stately homes and windmills for an authentic Dutch experience. During your race, you will be running alongside many of the city’s landmarks.

Apart from running, Amsterdam has a lot to offer. There is nothing else like it. The people are friendly, and almost everyone speaks fluent English. Amsterdam has 37 museums, the most well-known of which are probably “The Rijksmuseum,” “The Rembrandt House,” and “The Anne Frank House.”

The city has a liberal atmosphere that is worth visiting. There are numerous coffee shops and cafes where you can relax and enjoy your free time. There is good shopping and wonderful parks. We recommend taking a canal cruise to get a different perspective on the city.
